2. Customer Cancellations

Free Cancellation Period

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Full refund will be issued if payment was already processed.

Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee:

  • 4-24 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 4 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • No-show (no notice): 100% cancellation fee

3. Service Provider Cancellations

If a service provider needs to cancel:

  • More than 24 hours notice: We will help you reschedule or find a replacement provider at no additional cost.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: We will immediately find a replacement provider. If unavailable, we will reschedule at your convenience and may offer a discount on future services.
  • Emergency situations: We understand emergencies happen. In case of provider illness or emergency, we will notify you immediately and work to find a replacement.
